G\u0131da sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda temizlik kurallar\u0131na uyum sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Ancak temizlik bununla da s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. <strong>CIP sistemi<\/strong> olarak bilinen g\u0131da \u00fcretim hatt\u0131n\u0131n temizli\u011fi de \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6zellikle g\u0131dan\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 imalat alan\u0131ndaki hijyenin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yerinde temizlik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 benimsemelisiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CIP sistemini a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m olarak yerinde temizleme y\u00f6ntemi \u015feklinde de ifade edebilirsiniz. \u00dcretim alan\u0131n\u0131n temizli\u011fi \u00fcr\u00fcn kalitesini g\u00f6sterir bunun i\u00e7in de yerinde temizli\u011fin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u015fletme sahiplerinin \u00f6nceliklerinden olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Yerinde temizlik s\u0131radan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma olmamakla birlikte teferruatl\u0131 bir i\u015flem gerektirir. G\u0131da hatt\u0131 \u00fczerinde temizlenmesine ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan t\u00fcm ekipmanlar\u0131 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chemya.com.tr\/en\/urunlerimiz\/\">CIP sistemi<\/a><\/strong> ile profesyonelce hijyen ko\u015fullar\u0131na getirebilirsiniz. Genel olarak CIP y\u00f6ntemi, mekanizmalar\u0131n i\u00e7 temizli\u011fi i\u00e7in dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flar. Temizlenen alanda herhangi bir par\u00e7a ay\u0131rma veya i\u00e7ini a\u00e7ma gibi durum olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in temizlik ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi yer \u00fcretim hatt\u0131d\u0131r. Bir temizlik d\u00fczene\u011fi oldu\u011fundan terimsel ifadesinde sistem kullan\u0131r\u0131z ancak CIP y\u0131kama ile de bahsedilen konu yerinde temizliktir. \u00dcretim \u00f6ncesi ya da sonras\u0131 fark etmeksizin bu sistem ile \u00fcretim alan\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm temizli\u011fi yapabilirsiniz.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CIP y\u0131kama geleneksel y\u00f6ntem olan elle temizlikten \u00e7ok daha faydal\u0131d\u0131r. G\u0131da sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde yer alan temizlik kurallar\u0131 ise makine ve ekipmanlardan dolay\u0131 olduk\u00e7a detayl\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle elle temizlemek \u00e7evresel bakteriyeller i\u00e7in istenilen sonucu vermez ve de zaman kayb\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. Temizli\u011fi bir dezavantaja d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek yerine en iyi sonucu ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in sistematik temizleme y\u00f6ntemini kullanmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cip-temizleme-asamalari\">CIP Temizleme A\u015famalar\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistemin temizleme a\u015famalar\u0131na ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce uygulama ko\u015fullar\u0131na bakarsak, 2 a\u015fama \u015feklinde uygulayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Bunlar daha \u00e7ok kullan\u0131m amac\u0131n\u0131za y\u00f6neliktir. \u0130lk olarak tek seferde yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z temizlik i\u00e7in uygulanan bir sistem vard\u0131r. Temizlikte kullanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z deterjanlar veya dezenfektanlar tek seferliktir. \u0130kinci kullan\u0131m i\u00e7in yeterli olmaz. \u00c7o\u011funlukla k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck denilen, daha az kapasiteye sahip i\u015fletmeler tercih ederler. Olduk\u00e7a kirli makinelerin temizli\u011finde kullanabilirsiniz. Tek seferlik oldu\u011fundan da kurulumu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir maliyetle halledilir. Bu nedenle da masraf\u0131 azd\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130kinci uygulama sistemi ise birka\u00e7 kez kullan\u0131lmas\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Sistemin i\u00e7erisinde yer alan dezenfektanlar temizleme esnas\u0131nda geri kazan\u0131larak tekrar kullan\u0131labilir hale gelir. Sistemin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, su ve deterjan \u00e7\u00f6zeltisinin boru d\u00fczene\u011fi ile t\u00fcm ekipmanlar\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CIP sistemi<\/strong> uygulamalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan a\u015famalar\u0131 ise \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralayabiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li><strong>\u00d6n Y\u0131kama:<\/strong> \u00c7o\u011funlukla bula\u015f\u0131k ve \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r makinelerinde al\u0131\u015fk\u0131n oldu\u011fumuz bu sistem kaba kirlerin at\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deterjanla Y\u0131kama:<\/strong> Kaba kirler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan di\u011fer kirleri uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Durulama:<\/strong> Genellikle s\u0131cak su ile yap\u0131l\u0131r ve bir \u00f6nceki a\u015famadan kalan deterjanlar\u0131 temizler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dezenfeksiyon:<\/strong> Ekipmanlar\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde kalan herhangi bir bakteriye kar\u015f\u0131 hijyen olu\u015fturur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Son D\u00f6ng\u00fc:<\/strong> Temizlik boyunca kullan\u0131lan t\u00fcm \u00e7\u00f6zeltileri hat \u00fczerinden atar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cip-tanki-nedir-nasil-calisir\">CIP Tank\u0131 Nedir? Tanklara sistemin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda ve hangi \u015fekilde uygulanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi noktas\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Sistem, i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6n durulama, deterjan ve son durulama bulunan 3 adet tanktan olu\u015fur. Tanklar \u00e7\u00f6zeltilerin kar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndan, makine i\u00e7inden dola\u015f\u0131m\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131na kadar t\u00fcm sistemin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CIP sisteminde tanklar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 uygulamalar farkl\u0131 olsa da ortak bir sistemde ilerler. \u00d6ncelikle temizlemedeki son durulama suyu, \u00f6n durulama suyuna ge\u00e7er. B\u00f6ylelikle su tasarrufu sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olur. Bu d\u00f6ng\u00fc sistemin i\u00e7erisinde kendili\u011finden otomatik olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam eder. Sistemin yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda ar\u015fivlenen otomatik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ayn\u0131 zamanda temizli\u011fi takip ederek kalite kontrol yapar. Sistemin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda zorluk \u00e7\u0131kartacak bir i\u015fle yoktur. Sistem haz\u0131r olarak gelir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda da maddi bir y\u00fck olu\u015fturacak sistem d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ekipmanlara ihtiya\u00e7 duymazs\u0131n\u0131z. Sadece su ve elektrik ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r, bu iki tesisat\u0131n ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kurman\u0131z yeterlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanklar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda sistemin i\u00e7erisinde bulunan birka\u00e7 birle\u015fen daha vard\u0131r. Bunlar \u0131s\u0131tma sistemi, HMI dokunmatik ekran, otomatik kimyasal dozaj sistemi ve veri kaydedicidir. Veri kaydedici; su ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 miktar\u0131, y\u0131kama d\u00f6ng\u00fc s\u00fcresi, pompa bas\u0131nc\u0131, deterjan yo\u011funlu\u011fu, su giri\u015f ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cip-sistemi-kullanilan-alanlar\">CIP Sistemi Kullan\u0131lan Alanlar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Is\u0131 ve deterjan g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc temizlikte en iyi \u015fekilde kullanabilece\u011finiz <strong>CIP sistemi<\/strong> i\u00e7in uygun pek \u00e7ok sekt\u00f6r ve alan mevcuttur. Aksi takdirde uygun olmayan bir kimyasal\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 sonucunda hem sisteme zarar verirsiniz hem de istedi\u011finiz temizli\u011fe ula\u015famazs\u0131n\u0131z. Bu nedenle kullanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z deterjan\u0131n hangi kimyasal birle\u015fenlerden olu\u015ftu\u011funa dikkat etmelisiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>NaOH olarak g\u00f6sterilen soydum hidroksit alkali olan temizleyiciler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fosforik asit bazl\u0131 olan asidik temizleyiciler olarak iki ana kimyasald\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistem i\u00e7erisinde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 tavsiye edilen iki kimyasal vard\u0131r.
