Ancak tar\u0131m ve end\u00fcstriyel alanlar\u0131ndan elde edilen suda, bakteri ve vir\u00fcs gibi pek \u00e7ok patojen mevcuttur. \u00d6zellikle <strong>klor diren\u00e7li patojenler<\/strong>&nbsp;ciddi bir tehdittir. Ve bu kirleticiler, y\u00fczeysel ve yer alt\u0131ndaki su kaynaklar\u0131na kolayl\u0131kla ula\u015fabilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zellikle n\u00fcfus art\u0131\u015f\u0131, \u015fehirde ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, tar\u0131msal ve end\u00fcstriyel b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin s\u00fcreklili\u011fi temiz su kaynaklar\u0131 i\u00e7in risk olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Ancak baz\u0131 mikroorganizmalar insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na herhangi bir zarar\u0131 olmazken baz\u0131lar\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilmektedir. Do\u011fal kaynaklardaki bu patojenler, insanlara i\u00e7me suyu da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131yla bula\u015farak su kaynakl\u0131 hastal\u0131klara neden olur. Fakat farkl\u0131 dezenfeksiyon y\u00f6ntemleri sayesinde t\u00fcm bu patojenlerin etkinli\u011fini azaltmak ve tamamen yok etmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcm bu patojen temizleme y\u00f6ntemleri aras\u0131nda en \u00e7ok tercih edilen alternatif ise klorlamad\u0131r. Ancak baz\u0131 su kaynakl\u0131 patojenler, klora kar\u015f\u0131 diren\u00e7 g\u00f6sterir. Bununla birlikte diren\u00e7li patojenler aras\u0131nda bakteriler, parazitler ve vir\u00fcsler ard\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda t\u00fcm mikroorganizmalar lejyoner, kriptosporidiyoz, gastroenterit ve hepatik hastal\u0131klar\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Fakat son y\u0131llarda su ar\u0131tma sistemlerinin ve y\u00f6ntemlerinin geli\u015fmesi sayesinde <strong>klor diren\u00e7li patojenler<\/strong>&nbsp;kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda da olduk\u00e7a etkili hale gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bununla birlikte klor, i\u00e7me suyu i\u00e7erisinde bulunan ve klora diren\u00e7 g\u00f6steren Cryptosporidium ile Giardia Lambia parazitlerine kar\u015f\u0131 olduk\u00e7a etkili bir dezenfektand\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda do\u011fal kaynakta oksidasyon ve dezenfeksiyon sa\u011flanmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7e\u015fitli klor ya da klor i\u00e7eren kimyasallar kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 sayesinde di\u011fer y\u00f6ntemlere g\u00f6re klorlamay\u0131 olduk\u00e7a avantajl\u0131 k\u0131lar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Genellikle i\u00e7me sular\u0131nda bakteri ve vir\u00fcs gibi canl\u0131lar\u0131n seviyesi s\u0131f\u0131r olmas\u0131 beklenir. Yap\u0131lan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler neticesinde mikroorganizma pozitif \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7larda suyun d\u00fczenli olarak klorlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7ok geni\u015f bir patojen \u00e7e\u015fidine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok fazla etkili oldu\u011fundan dolay\u0131 \u00f6zellikle de \u015febeke sular\u0131n\u0131n ar\u0131tmak i\u00e7in s\u0131kl\u0131kla kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca i\u015flemden sonra sudaki minerallerin yok olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in uygulanan <strong>klor diren\u00e7li patojenler<\/strong>&nbsp;ve di\u011fer kirleticileri yok etmek i\u00e7in miktar\u0131 en do\u011fru \u015fekilde ayarlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bununla birlikte \u00fclkemizde Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u015febeke suyunun standart de\u011ferleri ve klorlama s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 yasalara g\u00f6re belirlenmi\u015ftir. Y\u00f6netmelikteki evsel klor miktar\u0131 0.5 ppm\u2019dir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-klora-direncli-olan-su-mikroorganizmalari\"><strong>Klora Diren\u00e7li Olan Su Mikroorganizmalar\u0131<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Su ar\u0131tmada birincil dezenfektan olan klor, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde i\u00e7me sular\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra y\u00fczme havuzlar\u0131nda \u00e7ok fazla tercih edilmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca kuyu sular\u0131nda, su depolar\u0131nda ve k\u00f6ylerde i\u00e7me suyu depolar\u0131nda da s\u0131kl\u0131kla kullan\u0131l\u0131yor&nbsp;. <strong>Klor diren\u00e7li patojenler<\/strong>&nbsp;ile di\u011fer mikroorganizmalar\u0131n yok olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ise birtak\u0131m i\u015flemlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Klorlanma i\u015fleminin yap\u0131m a\u015famalar\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekildedir;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u0130lk olarak suda bulunan partik\u00fcller toplanarak bir araya getirilmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toplanan partik\u00fcller sedimantasyon arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla dibe \u00e7\u00f6kmesi sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dibe \u00e7\u00f6kmeyen par\u00e7ac\u0131klar i\u00e7in filtreleme ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kat\u0131 madde at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinin ard\u0131ndan patojenlerin yok olmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla klorlama i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir. \u015eayet biyolojik ar\u0131tma y\u00f6ntemi yap\u0131l\u0131yorsa, biyolojik ar\u0131tmadan sonra klorlama yapmak daha uygundur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eebeke suyunun ar\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan dezenfektanlar \u00fczerine \u00e7ok say\u0131da ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle de <strong>klor diren\u00e7li patojenler<\/strong>&nbsp;ve di\u011fer mikroorganizmalar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck ba\u015far\u0131 sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. K\u0131sacas\u0131 bu kimyasal \u00fcr\u00fcn, di\u011fer dezenfeksiyon y\u00f6ntemlerine g\u00f6re iyi bir alternatiftir. Di\u011fer su ar\u0131tma y\u00f6ntemlerine g\u00f6re hem maliyet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha uygun hem de uygulamas\u0131 olduk\u00e7a kolayd\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-icme-sularinda-en-etkili-sterilizasyon-yontemi\"><strong>\u0130\u00e7me Sular\u0131nda En Etkili Sterilizasyon Y\u00f6ntemi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya\u015famam\u0131z\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline gelen su, ta\u015f\u0131yabildi\u011fi \u00e7e\u015fitli mikroorganizmalar, organik ve inorganik maddelerle farkl\u0131 hastal\u0131klar\u0131n olu\u015fmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Bu sebeple sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa zarar yol a\u00e7an hi\u00e7bir etkenin kullan\u0131lacak sularda bulunmamas\u0131 gerekir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu zararl\u0131lar\u0131n sudan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. \u0130\u00e7me sular\u0131n\u0131n sterilizasyonu i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok y\u00f6ntem mevcuttur. Bu sterilizasyon alternatiflerin aras\u0131ndaki en g\u00fcvenilir, en etkili, kolay uygulanan ve ekonomik olan dezenfeksiyon y\u00f6ntemi ise klorlamad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klor hem sa\u011fl\u0131k hem de hijyen bak\u0131m\u0131ndan pek \u00e7ok yarar\u0131 vard\u0131r denilebilmektedir. Kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n en temel amac\u0131 ise sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve hijyenik bir ortam sa\u011flanmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle de <strong>klor diren\u00e7li patojenler<\/strong>&nbsp;olan bakteriyel su\u015flar\u0131 suda ar\u0131nd\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan en iyi y\u00f6ntemdir. Toz, gaz ve s\u0131v\u0131 yap\u0131da kullan\u0131lan bu madde sayesinde su i\u00e7erisinde bulunan zararl\u0131 kirleticileri etkisiz hale getirmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu da havuz sular\u0131n\u0131n daha uzun s\u00fcre temiz kalmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Ayn\u0131 zamanda <strong>klor diren\u00e7li patojenler,<\/strong>&nbsp;bakteri ve mikroorganizmalar\u0131n dif\u00fczyon ve yok etme h\u0131z\u0131 \u00e7ok etkilidir. Ve bu etki h\u0131z\u0131 da suyun temizli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. Ve ayr\u0131ca bu madde sayesinde su i\u00e7erisindeki kirleticiler olmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Havuzlar\u0131n\u0131n temizli\u011finde suda kullan\u0131lan klor, organik yap\u0131da olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Organik yap\u0131daki maddelerin en \u00f6nemli \u00f6zelli\u011fi ise \u015fok klorlama i\u00e7ermeleridir. Ancak baz\u0131 havuz sular\u0131nda daha yava\u015f \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclen klor \u00e7e\u015fidi kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle de y\u00fczme havuzlar\u0131nda bu t\u00fcrler tercih edilmektedir. Bununla birlikte klor dioksit, suyun PH de\u011ferini y\u00fckselmesi sayesinden i\u00e7erindeki mevcut vir\u00fcs ve mikroorganizmalar\u0131n direncini k\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Yava\u015f \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnen klor t\u00fcrlerinin tercih edilmesinin en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedeni ise alan\u0131n dibinde bulunan yosunlar\u0131n\u0131n etkisiz hale getirmek i\u00e7indir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dip yosunlar\u0131n\u0131n etkisini kaybetme s\u00fcrecinde mantara benzer \u015fekilde beyaz bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcme b\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcr ve zamanla etkisini kaybederek yok olur. Fakat yosunlar\u0131n spor hale gelmesi durumunda yosun polenleri havaya u\u00e7u\u015fur. Bu durumda suda tekrardan geli\u015fme ya\u015fanmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu durumun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek ve yosunlarla m\u00fccadele gerekir. Bunun i\u00e7in&nbsp;&nbsp;havaya u\u00e7u\u015fan polenlerin suyla temas etmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak su i\u00e7erisinde normal d\u00fczeyde klor seviyesi varsa yosun sporlar\u0131 suyla temas etti\u011fi anda \u00f6lmeye ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6zetle klor diren\u00e7li patojenler i\u00e7in etkili bir bile\u015fendir.
